About the Project
Dreams — a process that never ends
“Dreams” is not just a project. It’s a cycle of creative and social processes that intertwine, evolve, and mature together with the people who take part in them. It’s an invitation to pause and ask yourself the simplest — yet often the hardest — question:
are the dreams I’m chasing truly mine?
The project merges documentary film, podcast, performance, and workshops — all forming a collective story about the desires that shape our lives. Each stage — from intimate conversations to live meetings — is part of a process that doesn’t end on stage. Because art, when it’s honest, stays with us long after the applause fades.
“Dreams” is also the leading theme of the Jesteś Wszystko Foundation for 2026.
It’s a direction, a rhythm, and a guiding word connecting all artistic, performative, and educational activities in the coming year — from performances and exhibitions to workshops and publications.
It’s more than a title — it’s an attitude.
“Dreams” is how we tell the world: I exist, I feel, I create.
CAre our dreams truly our own?
The project “Dreams” is an international initiative aimed at pausing for a moment to reflect on what truly matters in life – the desires we carry in our hearts. It is an attempt to answer the question of whether our dreams come from our own inner needs or are reflections of social, cultural, and family expectations.
We want to collect stories from people all over the world. Honest, personal, and unique stories – because every dream carries a tale about who we are, where we come from, and where we are heading.
Why This Project?
“Dreams” is a space where different perspectives meet – from childhood wishes, through unfulfilled plans, to moments when someone managed to touch what once seemed unreachable. It is a story about courage, resignation, determination, and hope.
The project seeks to inspire reflection:

Are we truly living in harmony with ourselves?

Are our dreams really ours, or have they been suggested to us?

Is it ever too late to reach for what we long for?
Above all, it is a shared journey into human authenticity.

How to Join the Project
1. Participate in the Film
Step 1 – Record Your Video

Hold your phone horizontally (landscape orientation).

Take a few portrait shots (close to your face) and some full-body shots, preferably in places meaningful to you.

You can record more material – there’s no minimum limit.
Step 2 – Record Audio Separately

Use your phone’s recorder or another device.

Make sure the environment is quiet.

Speak calmly and naturally, with pauses.
IMPORTANT: Since this is an international project and your recording will be translated into multiple languages, please strictly follow these rules:
ACCURATE TEXT REPRODUCTION:
Your spoken words must exactly match the text provided in your prepared document (script/transcript). This ensures accurate translations and subtitles in different languages.
Your story is not an exam – it’s a conversation with a friend. Speak about:

who you are,

what matters to you,

what dreams mean to you,

what your greatest dream was or is,
-
whether you have fulfilled it – if so, how it changed your life and how you feel now,

if not, what stood in the way and whether you still wish to achieve it.
You can also ask yourself: are these truly my desires, or only social expectations I’m trying to meet?
This is your time for reflection and honesty.
Step 3 – Send Your Recording

Step 4 – Accept Participation Terms

Participation is voluntary and free of charge

Participants do not receive a fee or remuneration.

By submitting the recording, you declare that you are its author and transfer proprietary copyright to Fundacja Jesteś Wszystko solely for statutory purposes (artistic, educational, and social projects).

The Foundation cannot use the recordings for any other purpose, including commercial ones.
2. Participate in the Podcast
“Dreams” is also a podcast where participants’ original stories will be shared. These will not be typical interviews with questions, but intimate, personal recordings made entirely by the participants themselves.

You can record your story using your phone or another recorder.

Ensure you’re in a quiet space for clear sound.

You may base your story on a short script or loose notes, but what matters most is that it’s truly yours – personal and authentic.

Your words will become part of the podcast where many voices together form a shared mosaic of dreams.
3. Participate in the Workshops
“Dreams” will also include live workshops, offering a hands-on experience of what is presented in the film and podcast.

Workshops will take place in selected cities.

Detailed information, current dates, and registration forms will be available on the Fundacja Jesteś Wszystko website in the “Events” section.

These meetings will be spaces for self-exploration, working with personal dreams, overcoming barriers, and finding courage to reach for what is truly ours.
By joining the workshops, you become part of a living process – a transition from storytelling to action.
Invitation to Participate
“Dreams” is not only a film but also a community. The project’s core is a documentary-artistic film, accompanied by related initiatives: a podcast giving participants’ stories new life and context, and in-person workshops where people can not only talk about their dreams but also practice courage in pursuing them.
The project remains open – as it develops, new artistic and companion activities may emerge, exploring the theme of dreams in new dimensions.
You are invited to take part not only in the filming but also in the podcast, workshops, and other initiatives that will be part of this shared journey. Every voice, story, and experience can become part of something greater.
